First work collates viii, 464pp. Second work collates 100, 4pp. Prelims of first work are foxed including general and first part title, thereafter stops suddenly. Contemporary ink annotations on first 4 pages. Final 4pp of first work slightly ragged at extremities, not affecting text. Half leather with marbled boards, recent binding. Raised bands. Both works are scarcely represented on ESTC in Institutional Libraries (4 locations). Not Oxford or Cambridge. David Millar (1687-1757) was an English Dissenting Minister.
