Green linen with gilt lettering and gilt and red ornaments on spine and cover. Gilt top edge. Discoloured spine. Some edgewear on spine, headband and corners. Stain on teh pastedown. One small sticker on the inside of the back cover of the original seller: Brentano's, New York. Traces of pencil on the last page. Small tear (2 cm) on the top of the binding, but solid binding and covers solidly attached. Nice copy.
