This copy starts with Title Page (no end pages) + 254 pages (this includes the viii at front) + 1 page publisher ad at rear. Leather Binding , with edge wear, split at edges, spine split and glued on, covers holding on by the string. Condition inside is very varied, some pages mint, most good, some with pencil or pen underlines, notes, marks, folding, many with folded corner tips, etc. inside covers are remains of black wax spots with remains of paper on. ( see scans). By James Wright, of Magdalen Hall, Oxford. Although there were a few editions before 1900, at the time of listing i was unable any other original editions.
