A scarce text, with only 6 known copies appearing in OCLC. The War of Extermination, known as Guerra a Muerte, was a decree by Simon Bolivar authorizing acts of sabotage and murder against Spanish citizens in South America. This work includes conversations with El Libertador, Simon Bolivar, shortly before his death in 1830. Also includes descriptions of travel in Venezuela, Colombia and parts of the Caribbean. Some sources have attributed this text to Francois Raymond Joseph de Pons.
