Condizione: Very good. - A 7-3/4 inch high by 5-1/4 inch wide sheet of cream-colored notepaper is inscribed and signed in green ink: "Cordially / T. A. Daly". The left bottom corner of the paper is creased; Folded once vertically for mailing with a tiny crease at the top of the fold. Very good. Thomas Augustine Day [1871-1948] was an Irish-American poet commonly referred to as T. A. Daly. A very popular author, he mainly wrote poetry but also contributed many articles to newspapers and magazines. In addition, he made a good living as a lecturer and after-dinner speaker, often reciting his own poetry to receptive audiences. His style was usually humorous and he wrote in a curious mixture of mock Italian-American and Irish-American dialect.

The first printing was set for 2,000 but the press was stopped to correct three errors which show in these pages:.and he lists the pages and errors. So the book I'm autographic this minute is of a little clan. Cordially Yours T.A. Daly, September, 1907. Some staining on inside front cover that may be from the glue underneath that glued it to the back of the front cover. Lightly read. No other markings in book. Binding is fine.172pp.
