Enschede en Zonen, Haarlem, Holland and bound by Proost en Brandt N.V., Amsterdam, Holland." (copies are not individually numbered). 36, [2] pages. Hardcove…r: H 6.75cm x L 4.75cm. Full dark brown leather; front board has one small scuff at lower left with decorative vignette stamped at center along with bright gilt lettering. All edges gilt. Laid-in caption sheet present between b/w frontispiece portrait (of Revere by John Singleton Copley) and title page. Interior leaves are clean. Binding is firm.
