This copy is in very good condition with only a modest bit of wear showing to the blue cloth covers, with gilt lettering and design on the front panel and gilt lettering on the spine. The front panel of the book cover shows some staining to the top inch-and-an-half of the cover. The interior text shows a previous owner's inked name on the ffep and the text pages are at least very good with only one smudge showing on one page and the rest of the text pages clean and with just a touch of age toning. This copy has a black-and-white full-page frontispiece illustration. The storyline features an early fantasy world of an old but wise owl, a very large and likable giant, an angel messenger, star children, and the grey little stranger star. 129 pages.
