Issues 2-5, all in excellent condition, of the award winning art periodical Esopus. All four issues contain numerous foldouts, posters, booklets, cutouts, and CD's. All ephemera is intact. Issue 2 (Spring 2004) includes contributions by Amy Taubin, Edward McPherson, Gerald Seligman & Peter Seligman, David Scher. Issue 3 (Fall 2004) contains Artist's Project's by Jenny Holzer, Mark Keffer and Andrea Deszó, an interview with Charles Bissell and Greg Whelan, and poetry by Doug Aitken. Issue 4 (Spring 2005) includes works by Edward Ruscha, Jody Williams, Ethan Rutherford, and Angus Trumble. Issue 5 (Fall 2005) contains contributions by Stephen Adly Guirgis, Mark Hogancamp, Fernando Bryce, Mary Ellen Carroll, and Richard Misrach. All bindings are solid and square. Interiors are clean, unmarked, and ephemera is intact. Wraps are in very good condition, some minor rubbing and scuffing to covers visible in bright light, and shelf wear to the edges and corners.
