First edition (not stated but with 1950 specified upon both title and copyright pages). 208 pages. Hardcover: H 20.75c, x L 13.75cm. Dust jacket front panel and foxed front flap present but with all else lacking; some soiling and edgewear to front panel, slender chipping at front flap fold heel; dj now laid within book. Yellow cloth, soiling and some abrasion to spine and at bottom of rear board. Endpapers toned; interior pages are clean. A good+ copy with a quite poor dust jacket. Biography of Los Angeles County Sheriff Gene W. Biscailuz.
