In the fee for the licensing of economic activities, it transforms the fees that should only be collected in the licensing of economic establishments into monthly and annual fees, and collects, cumulatively, in the same establishments the Rate for Economic Activity and other taxes of a municipal nature. En los datos recogidos y en base a la percepción de los entrevistados, se observó que el Municipio, haciendo uso de su potestad tributaria, en las tasas recaudadas, su intención era maximizar sus propios ingresos, donde en la carga y descarga de mercancías se recoge en espacios privados sin ningún fundamento evidente en el Código Municipal de Posturas. En la tasa por la concesión de licencias de actividades económicas, transforma las tasas que sólo deben recaudarse en la concesión de licencias de establecimientos económicos en tasas mensuales y anuales, y recauda, de forma acumulativa, en los mismos establecimientos la Tasa por Actividad Económica y otros impuestos de carácter municipal.
