Soft cover. Condizione: Very Good. Georges Meunier (illustratore). Unpaginated (23 pp.) First Edition in 1952; this copy later printing: "Offset-Corot, Montrouge 2-1965 Depot legal 1er Trimestre 1965 Editions BIAS Paris [Editions BIAS #15]. Illustrated saddle-stitched wrappers (stapled pamphlet-like) with Title lettering in black letters over white strip background across top front cover and letter 'Q' of Title in yellow over black square background, adjoining white strip for other Title lettering; Illustration of Quichotte in light blue armor and hat, riding on brown horse, aiming lancet, under blue sky background, green grass foreground. Thin spine worn; small chip of surface at front cover lower right corner (white paper beneath surface still intact, leaving corner square, if reduced in thickness and not colored); yellow spot on front cover lower left corner LOOKS like location and effect of a price sticker removed; 1/4" spot stain on left front cover edge near midpoint (does not bleed through to inside front cover); insides of covers tanned with age; text lightly age-toned; thin spine has been worn away at foot (looking like a tear) and slightly less worn, similarly, at head of spine: describes much worse than it is, but there you have it. Staples still tight, so binding is still firm, strong. NO previous owner names. Clean text. Charming small, collectible work--or read it to a child knowing French.
