It examines the effectiveness of a training program offered to 108 trainees of a leading private sector bank .The data was extracted from the employees through a questionnaire based on Kirkpatrick s model of training evaluation. A chi-square test revealed that the demographic variables are independent of the efficacy gap. A paired sample t- test was conducted and it has been concluded that the trainees did not find the program effective. The factor analysis indicates that the grouping of the variables into factors fairly matches with the Kirkpatrick s model of training evaluation with certain exceptions. Finally, a multiple regression analysis was conducted which revealed that the factors extracted in factor analysis are significant in explaining training effectiveness. 108 pp. Englisch.

L'objectif principal de cette étude est de découvrir les raisons de la génération du conflit travail-famille et du conflit travail-loisirs, ainsi que d'analyser la qualité de la vie professionnelle et de la vie privée du point de vue des employés. La littérature indique un certain nombre de variables qui affectent l'équilibre travail-vie privée des employés à travers les trois concepts. La relation entre le conflit travail-famille et les diverses raisons du déséquilibre travail-vie privée doit faire l'objet de recherches plus approfondies. De même, il existe des preuves de l'existence d'un conflit travail-loisirs chez les employés. En outre, les employés ont des perceptions différentes des variables qui stimulent ou entravent la qualité de leur vie professionnelle et privée. Les conclusions ont été tirées sur la base de la méthodologie de recherche et de l'analyse des données réalisée par le biais d'une enquête par questionnaire. Les résultats ont permis d'identifier les facteurs significatifs qui affectent le conflit travail-famille, le conflit travail-loisirs et la qualité de vie au travail des employés.
