There was an earlier and even larger US edition published by Vangu…ard in 1952. Contains Enemies in Space by Grunert, Invasion from Mars by Koch, The Waveries by Brown, Angel's Egg by Pangborn, Pictures Don't Lie by MacLean and The Greatest Tertian by Boucner. Brown's name is spelled in incorrectly as Frederic on the front cover and in the copyright acknowledgements but correctly at the beginning of the story. Spine has quite heavy edge rubbing and there is a little discolouration to the back cover. ily creased. Pages browned but otherwise unmarked. First printing.
