First printing (as stated upon copyright page). xvi, 336 pages. Hardcover: H 26.25cm x L 22.25cm. Dust jacket lightly rubbed; spine and flap fold heads bumped. Blue boards; bright gilt stamping to spine and front board; bumping at spine ends and board corners. Unfortunately pages xv-xvi detached and now laid-in; interior leaves are otherwise bright and clean. Binding retains some crispness.
