Not an ex-library copy, the book is in VG- condition with natural yellowing of the pages, as it fast approaches age 70, and some staining from original glue on paste down and loose end pages, front and back. The dust jacket, in G condition, shows moderate shelf wear along top and bottom edges of front and back jacket covers, and top and bottom edges of jacket spine; jacket's front and back inside flaps have both been price clipped, as well. This story of deception, treachery, and greed, and of how goodness, faith in the Word of God and the power of prayer battle the above-mentioned evil , was written by Dan Patch(at the time, Chief of Police in Highland Park, Michigan).
