Based on the 1937 play by Clifford Odets, the 1964-1966 Broadway musical, directed by Arthur Penn, opened on October 20, 1964 at the Majestic Theatre and ran for 568 performances. The role was reprised by Davis for the 1968 West End production at the London Palladium, seen in the photograph found here, and was the first musical to play the theatre. 6.5 x 8.5 inches.
