The letter is on Coke's letterhead, and is in response to a query about purchasing a copy of the book. It states that the book is out of print and that they have no intention of reprinting it.

The ripple and damp line does not intrude on image or text but is a significant flaw. No pages stuck together or and such issue. Otherwise light shelf evidence to cover edges. B&W photos on glossy stock throughout. With faults, Good only.
