The speeches are given practically unabridged, and from the best text available at the time. This work is the 5th Lakeside Classic and a scarce, and perhaps rare book. There is some wear at the head and tail of the spine and at cover corners. The emblem on the front cover is bright as is the gilt lettering on the spine. The gilt on the top of the pages is beginning to show wear. There is an approximate 2" narrow line on the back cover where the black cover is lightened somewhat. All in all a quite nice copy, available for immediate shipment, carefully packed in a sturdy box!
