First the 1645 volume of the Minor Poems has been printed entire ; then follow in order the poems added in the reissue of 1673 ; the Paradise Lost, from the edition of 1667 ; and the Paradise Regain'd and Samson Agoniste from the edition of 1671. **There is a presentation notice, dated 1906, inside the front cover and the book has a maroon leatherbound cover with Newington College, Sydney in gilt at front and spine. Externally, smart with light wear to the extremities and the odd small mark to the boards. Minor discolouration as is typical with ageing. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright with the odd small spot. Light spotting to the first and last few pages and minor age toning to the endpapers. Very Good. book.
