Interior pages have foxing to a greater of lesser degree. Text block is tight and square; 432 pages.

354 pp. Binding rubbed, interior foxed and light damp staining. Finley was a Methodist minister who was raised on the Ohio frontier. He ministered to the Wyandot tribe and later was the minister at the Ohio state penitentiary for four years. He describes the issues and problems in the prison and offers advice on what could be done to improve conditions.
