Hardcover. Condizione: Very Good. Red cloth gilt, DW, small 4to., xvii, 160 pages, extensively illustrated with drawings, type specimens, and photogravure plates. Key book on Van Krimpen, the designer for Joh. Enschede en Zonen, and printed by them, and an early book by Dreyfus. A very good copy with the library record ticket of… Will Ransom, a small bookplate on front pastedown, and a minute bookseller's label. Laid in is the 2003 obituary of Dreyfus from "The Printer" and a warm two-page ALS from Irene Dreyfus on her wood-engraved letterhead stationery. The fragile DW is fully intact with moderate wear and small chips, and is in archival mylar.
