The binding is strong with all pages firmly attached. There is some writing on the "presented to" stamp on the first end paper. The pages show some light foxing but are otherwise clean with no tears. The copyright page shows 1925 as the published date. The black covers show some light soiling and edgewear. This old book looks and feels great! We always ship in a sturdy cardboard box!
