Un questionnaire, une gazométrie artérielle, une spirométrie et un examen polygraphique ont été réalisés systématiquement lors du diagnostic (t0) et au moins 4 ans après (t1). Cette étude a permis de montrer que les symptômes et les apnées du SAOS étaient corrigés chez une majorité de patients par la PPC, a confirmé que le niveau de PPC efficace requis pour cette correction augmente, confirmant l hypothèse de l aggravation du SAOS au fil du temps.
