An examination the life and achievements of Dr. Aaron Henry, one of the most important but little-known figures of Mississippi's civil rights era. The son of a sharecropper who became a pharmacist, Henry directed the state's NAACP (National Association for the Advancement of Colored People) activities and was subjected to numerous arrests and Ku Klux Klan bombings of his home and drugstore.
