Hardcover. Condizione: Very Good. 1st Edition. Copy right page only has 1922 - no other publishing dates. Includes an extensive index approximately 14 pages. But more importantly, has many maps printed on thin brown paper that fold out and are still attached. NONE are marked up or torn. Profuse with Tables and charts and maps to supplement the text. Interior pages are clean with NO hand writing, folds or tears except for last two pages including back end paper, which are half torn away. Back board is cracked but attached. Binding firm despite size of book which is 1,120 pages ; Very solid; dense book . This is NOT an ex-lib nor a remainder. Over sized book will require extra postage. Blue cloth covers are clean and rubbed. Gilded Lettering on spine is faded. Corners very lightly bumped. See pictures. Rare to find a book that is 104 years old in such good condition. Note: We use "Fine" book condition judiciously; only when the book exhibits no flaws. A Fine book closely approaches 'As New' condition and may not have been previously owned.
