LEARN also about : skiff, Seaford, Atkin-wheeler, draft, motor blocks, coamings, No. 6 flat head brass screws, chine, Pixie, clamping, side planking, and seam battens. The blue print for Apple-Sauce has been folded back badly but all other blueprints, seem to be in excellent shape. Ship-shape. White end-papers have some soiling . Shop floor soiling ?? Cond : Boards are light brown with black lettering and graphics. Wrinkly hinge seems to be of no issue. Some minor child (pencil) scribling on end papers. Toronto boat seller stamp on ffep. A very pleasing vintage volume. Hard-to-find. QUote (p. 77) : " The frames will be kept in plsace by a 3/4 by 6 inch strongback screwed to the temporary stretchers between the heads of the frames. I should as well run a 3/4 by 1 inch batten around the inside of the ._._._. . " Size: Quarto.
