Profusely illustrated with b&w drawings by Felix O. C. Darley. This is a large, heavy set. Sorry to have to ask for extra postage. . All hinges are cracked and the books are shaken in binding, pages are clean but foxed, heads and heels of spine and the tips of both volumes are rubbed. Volume 1 has former owner's name, address and date in light pencil, p.909-910 are disbound. Volume 2 has a small printed bookplate on the front pastedown, the fep is heavily creased. POOR. .
