Beebe admits he didn't coin the phrase, but he was Cafe Society personified, and don't be fooled by wannabe wankers such as Walter Winchell. Lucius Morris Beebe (December 9, 1902 February 4, 1966) was an American author, gourmand, photographer, railroad historian, journalist, and syndicated columnist. EB; 8vo 8" - 9" tall.
