Back cover has two images, one of Ernie in the tub labeled Rubber Duckie and the other with Ms. Piggy leaning out of a train window talking to Kermit labeled Saying Goodbye. Top inside corner of back cover has been used to jot down some notes in red pen. Covers show some fading, scuffing, rubbing and creases. Pages show some very light browning around edges. A few of the songs have some notes/marks. "The First Time it Happens" has a few notes circled and a note of "B E A" in pencil under title. "Movin' Right Along" has several notes in pen as well as some scribbles and "corrected" musical notes. "The Rainbow Connection" has a date and some letter and number notes written in throughout all of it's pages in pencil. "Saying Goodbye" also has some notes in pencil on first page. Despite all note the notes all the original music is still completely readable.
