Pevey, Surgeon Dentist of North Ipswich, NH. This appears to be the scarcer of two issues of this title in 1856. It was published by Lee & Walker, 188 Chestnut St and J. B. Lippincott…& Co., 20 North Fourth St. It was printed by King and Baird who were noted for their output of patriotic covers and posters during the Civil War. The more common issue, which is the one held by AAS, has the name of Wm. H. Boner & Co. and was Stereotyped by L. Johnson & Co. See AAS #495287.
