The edition most commonly encountered by booksellers is the 1920 or 1921 J.L. Nichols printing, which runs to 492 pages in octavo and is bound in dark blue cloth.Professor B.G. Jefferis, M.D., Ph.D., was the primary medical authority behind the text. J.L.
