This offering is an older hard cover copy of Farm Steam Shows, USA & Canada written by Dana Close Jennings who also illustrated the book with many black-and-white older photographs. The book was published by North Plains Press in 1974 and is a stated First Edition, Second Printing. It is not an ex-library copy, has no dust jacket, and is in very good + condition. (Well, it DOES have a dust jacket but it's in such terrible condition that I've just laid it inside the front cover. The next owner can "refurbish" it.) It has the name of a previous owner written at the top of the front paste down end page. Apparently this was once a Christmas present in 1975. The book is 9 3/8" by 12 1/8" and has 467 pages with a Table of Contents, an Index, a Glossary, and the many, many fore-mentioned older black-and-white illustrations and photographs throughout the book. It's a quite a look back. Thank you!
