Orange cloth-covered boards. The spine ends are worn and damaged with large areas at the head and foot worn away exposing black paper back…ing. The covers have edge wear and rubbing wear and are a bit loose but holding. The interior is clean and free of any marks or writing. xviii, 247 [248] pages, with an additional page advertising for a related book, On Going Naked, by Jan Gay. Pictorial endpapers featuring female nudists. An additional 21 black and white plates illustrate the text, which is organized into destinations in Europe (Germany and France) where the authors explored the growing movement of nudism, partaking themselves, reluctantly and timidly at first. This is their account of what they experienced. The book concludes with a section titled, The Movement in General, which includes the following chapters: The Spread of Nudism in Europe, The Philosophy of Nudism, and America and Nudity, in which they discuss the future of the nudist movement in America or if it even has a future.
