On these pages are presented a choice selection of his work drawn from more than 4000 glass plate negatives in the collection now preserved at the Western History Department of the Denver Public Library. I am very pleased to be able to offer a First Edition/First Printing of: Photo by McClure The Railroad Cityscape and Landscape Photographs of L.C. McClure by William C. and Elizabeth B. Jones. This large sized oblong hard cover book (10 ¼ x 8 ½ inches 264 pages) was published by Pruett Publishing of Boulder Colorado dated 1983 and the First Printing of the First Edition. As expected, the book features 300 of McClure s photos in black & white. The book is bound in slate gray boards with silver gilt titles on the spine and protected by a pictorial dust jacket. Condition: This book is in very good condition. The dust jacket shows some wear particularly on the edges which include some small tears and chips and some staining probably from tobacco smoke on the inside (but without any remaining odor). The hard covers are pristine without blemish or bump. Inside the book is unmarked and the pages are clean and bright throughout. Both hinges are intact, and the binding is tight and sound. This book is not ex-library or a remainder.
