Draft script for the 1967 Italian film. Text in English, printed in Rome. Based on the 1923 novel, wherein a former pirate falls in love with a mentally ill young woman, who falls in love instead with a French naval officer. Set in France, shot on location in Italy. Blue wrappers, with the film's English title printed on a red label and affixed on the front wrapper. Title page present, with the film's English and Italian titles given. 207 leaves, with last page of text numbered 206. Mimeograph duplication, rectos only. Pages Very Good plus, wrapper Very Good, with a strip of adhesive residue, likely from tape, running vertically across the rear wrapper binding, bound with two gold brads.

Seven vintage full-color British lobby cards from the 1974 British-italian television miniseries. Six-hour television miniseries that aired in 1973 and 1974, a retelling of the life of Moses (Lancaster), the man who discovered the Ten Commandments and parted the Red Sea. Cult favorite Anthony Burgess contributed to the entire series, and Thomas Keneally novelized a tie-in edition in 1975. 11 x 14 inches. Light corner bumps, else Near Fine. Scarce.

Far and away the highest grossing film of Hitchcock's career, nominated for 4 Academy awards, including Hitichcock's fifth and final Best Director nomination, and a key film in expanding allowable depictions of both violence and sexuality under the eroding Production Code. Vintage oversize borderless reference photograph of actor Anthony Perkins barefoot on the set of "The Rainmaker," circa 1953. The original penciled notations on the verso indicate that Perkins was on the set to visit Wendell Corey. With the stamps of still photographer Bill Avery and editor Bud Fraker on the verso. Shot early in his career, before Perkins played his best-known role as Norman Bates in Alfred Hitchcock's 1960 film "Psycho." Bill Avery worked as a photographer at Columbia Pictures in the early 20th century, with a brief interlude working as a combat cameraman during World War II. He also worked at MGM under noted photographer C.S. Bill, and occasionally worked as a freelance publicity photographer, shooting iconic images of Elvis Presley, Jack Lemmon, Katharine and Audrey Hepburn, and Shirley MacLaine, among many others. Shot partially on location in Kanab, Utah. 8.5 x 13.5 inches. Near Fine.
