The original penciled notations on the verso indicate that Perkins was on the set to visit Wendell Corey. With the stamps of still photographer Bill Avery and editor Bud Fraker on the verso. Shot early in his career, before Perkins played his best-known role as Norman Bates in Alfred Hitchcock's 1960 film "Psycho." Bill Avery worked as a photographer at Columbia Pictures in the early 20th century, with a brief interlude working as a combat cameraman during World War II.
