Kaufman agrees to Pond's terms for the series: "However, the one matter which isn't clear is the circulars and printed matter. Still, your letter reads that in the event of your undertaking any special mailing campaigns on my behalf, the mailing campaigns are to be mutually agreed upon before undertaking.
