Backstrip gone from spine, both boards detached and scuffed, 4 songs are missing front covers, previous owner's signature (Kath P Churchill) on top edges of a dozen or so or so sheets, occasional approximately 1 inch tears, lower corner of two leaves torn off, some tanning, titles written on endpapers. Nice collection of popular music of the day.

Henry George Keller was an American artist who led a generation of Ohio watercolor painters of the Cleveland School. Keller's students at the Cleveland School of Art and his Berlin Heights, Ohio summer school included Charles E. Burchfield, James Kulhanek, Paul Travis, August Biehle, and Frank N. Wilcox.
