Lightly scuffed covers and spine; some fading on spine - titles dulled but legible; damp stains at tail edges of both covers somewhat visible; tightly bound; damp stain on front pastedown at lower fore corner and along tail edge; gift inscription to 'Rev Ralph Spaulding Cushman' on front free end paper with full author signature; bright, clean interior. Laid in is a short signed note to 'Mr. Cushman' with author's full signature and date (2/20/47) partially covered with another copy of errata slip. Small 4to, 168 pp; index. Owner Methodist Episcopal Bishop Cushman was also an author and poet and trustee of numerous colleges. Inscribed by Author(s).
