Seit 1980, also seit der neuen Kostenkrise, sieht es so aus, als ob die politisch Verantwortlichen wetteiferten, wie sie den Profi-Teil des Helfens vollends in die Korruptionskrise stürzen könnten; denn seither gibt es für das Medizin- und Sozialsystem nur noch Gesetze, die das Doping der Ökonomisierung, Privatisierung, präziser der Verbetriebswirtschaftlichung des Helfens zu einem Maximum treiben, obwohl Wettbewerb, Fusion und vor allem Expansion unvermeidlich zur Kostensteigerung. also zur Verschleuderung der Steuer- und Beitraggelder der Bürger führen muss. Seither fliesst das Geld nicht mehr zu den Hilfsbedürftigsten, sondern zu den profitableren Gesünderen", kritisiert Dörner, Autor des Standardwerkes "Irren ist menschlich", bereits im Vorwort.
