Superb book on contemporary Canadian and now New York-based gay artist Terence Koh, a.k.a. asianpunkboy, showcasing his installation at the Vienna Secession in 2005 - a room comprised of interlocking cubes filled with bric-a-brac, the entire scene bathed in a milky whiteness - a room conceived as a space for eternity, entitled "gone, yet still" after a traditional Japanese farewell poem. The installation is captured in numerous black and white plates, along with color plates and reproductions of pages from his early experiments and artists' books, much of it slanted toward a provocative, underground queer perspective. Excellent book, the first study of a rapidly rising artist. Scarce. In fine condition save for mild rubbing.
