1. vollständig eigenhändig geschriebener und persönlich signierter Brief in brauner Tinte auf gefaltetem Büttenblatt mit Wasserzeichen an Luise von Watzdorf, die Zinsen auf eines sehr Rittergüter betreffend, geglättete Faltspuren, ansonsten sauber und sehr gut erhalten, selten - "Auf Euer Hochwohlgeboren / im Jahre 1819 an mich…gerichteten Antrag wegen Er= / höhung des Zinsfußes Ihres auf dem Rittergute [unleserlich] / stehenden Capitals von 40,000 Reichsthalern habe ich mich / damals dem Wunsche gemäß zu der Erhöhung / um 1/2 proCent verstanden. Nun sind aber seit [unleserlich] / Zeit die Zinsen der [unleserlich] Kapitalien auf 4 % durchgängig herabgegangen, und dieser Umstand ver= / anlaßt mich zu der ergebensten Bitte, daß es Ihnen / gefällig sein möchte, den Zinsfuß des abgedachten Capitals / wiederum und zwar von Ostern 1822 an, auf 4 proCent herab= / zusetzen. Einer genehmsten Antwort entgegen sehend / beharre ich mit vorzüglicher Ehrerbietung / Euer Hochwohlgeborenen / ganz ergebener / Graf von Einsiedel / Dresden / 24. Juny 1821" - Der seltene Brief belegt anschaulich, dass der sächsische Hüttenunternehmer, Rittergutbesitzer und Staatsmann nicht nur bei der Sanierung der zerrütteten sächsischen Staatsfinanzen umsichtig und vorausschauend handelte, sondern es auch bei der Verwaltung des großen Immobilienvermögens seiner Familie geschickt verstanden hat, die Tatsache zu nutzen, dass die Inflationsraten und die Zinsen am europäischen Kapitalmarkt nach dem Ende der Napoleonischen Befreiungskriege spürbar zurückgingen. 2100 gr.
