Based on mean performance the genotypes T-15, T-13 and T-2 we…re found to be superior for the most of the plant characteristics suggesting that they can be used for developing aluminium toxicity tolerant genotype. Similarly, T-7, T-4 and T-12were found to be superior for yield components. So, these genotypes were promising and may be used as a parental source in any breeding programme. Among all aluminium treatment, 20 ppm was best for plant characteristics whereas, for others control (0 ppm) performs better. SDS-PAGE data analysis provides information that protein banding pattern could not be affected by aluminium treatment in the soil. 96 pp. Englisch.

Discrimination shown by teachers is in the form of biased grading, sarcastic comments and partiality in good opportunities whereas other students dominate in the hostel by displaying showy life style to make them realize inferior to them. Caste laden comments and unnecessary denial or ignorance by administrative people towards OBC students is another form of discrimination. Therefore altogether experiences of discrimination leaving in lurch OBC students in higher education to perform poorly along with accumulation of emotional problems such as tension, frustrations, isolation, depression, mental block,and humiliation. 200 pp. Englisch.

Sur la base de la performance moyenne, les génotypes…T-15, T-13 et T-2 se sont avérés supérieurs pour la plupart des caractéristiques de la plante, suggérant qu'ils peuvent être utilisés pour développer un génotype tolérant à la toxicité de l'aluminium. De même, les génotypes T-7, T-4 et T-12 se sont révélés supérieurs pour les composantes du rendement. Ces génotypes sont donc prometteurs et peuvent être utilisés comme source parentale dans tout programme de sélection. Parmi tous les traitements à l'aluminium, 20 ppm a été le meilleur pour les caractéristiques de la plante, tandis que pour les autres, le contrôle (0 ppm) est plus performant. L'analyse des données de SDS-PAGE fournit l'information que le modèle de bande de protéine ne pourrait pas être affecté par le traitement d'aluminium dans le sol.
