Moderate toning, light soiling, faint vertical and horizontal fold lines, some wear and a few chips and tears to edges, contemporary annotations to verso. $650. * The lots "were late the property of Harry Russ Grant, Esq. M.D. deceased." They included 9 parcels of pasture land. There are two annotations on the verso. One is an address, along with two postal stamps; this copy was mailed. The other note, most likely for filing purposes, states the nature and date of the auction. No copies located on COPAC or OCLC.

Most of the annotations discuss the value of specific lots. The one exception is a note on the verso, most likely for filing purposes, states the nature and date of the auction.
