Records show that Larry Norrett was a Cleveland-based lyricist and publisher who co-founded Winton Music Publishing Co. and was promoted in the Plain Dealer as one of the city's best-known music men. Composer Harold A. Dellon operated Harold Dellon, Inc. with offices in New York and Cleveland. Both contributed to the city's active 1920s music trade of vaudeville songs and dance-band numbers.
