Small splits to spine head and tail, with a 5cm split to the spine tail back edge. Sunned spine with longitudinal crease. Stains to the faces, more so to the front. Partially cracked hinges. Inscription to front end paper. The binding is firm, the leaves secure, but with gutter gaps (see photo) between some leaf signatures. The pages are fairly clean with occasional staining or soiling. Moderate even dirt to text block edges. Overall fair to good.
