The '4th' was finally established in 1938 by Leon Trotsky and his supporters, having been expelled long before from the Soviet Union and the 'Communist International'(Comintern). - Minimally used, frontwrapper with small offset from a rusty metal-staple of another publication of the poeriod which must have been lying on top of this one for a while; A VERY GOOD COPY OF THE RARE AND FRAGILE PUBLICATION (OPAC lists only 2 copies in public libraries).
