Trade Paperback. Condizione: Good. First Edition. Trade Paperback. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. This shiny black trade sized paperback is fat and this copy is in good condition. The book is a proposal for a new coalition of public interest groups to present a public television network called PACE. The covers have minor wear around the edges and at the corners but look pretty good. The spine is tight with little wear and no creases. The pages are white with little wear and no marks. Seven chapters are divided into two parts: The Proposal for PACE and Industry Reports. The book offers two appendices on finances and a prototype program schedule plus a glossary and an index in the back. 281 pages. The book is a stated first edition. CHEAP SHIPPING MEDIA MAIL!
