Book's sole flaw is minor rubbing, but no actual wear, of the cover's tips. DJ is white so the light soiling is apparent. In addition the DJ edges are tattered: (1) DJ spine top w 1/2" chip. (2) Other tips w 1/4" chips. (3) One 3" closed tear & several 1/2" closed tears. An exceptional book in an acceptable DJ. No dates, cp or printing, but other Le Mair books listed on DJ & inside back cover are all pre 1915. More Le Mair titles came in 20s & 30s. FINE book, GOOD(worn) DJ(in Brodart).
