Prima edizione
Trade Paperback. Condizione: Near Fine. R. Crumb and Others (illustratore). First Thus. Book appears near sharp and virtually unread. A pirate edition of the Greenleaf Classics version which is apt since the author name is a pseudonym for comics historian and archivist Bill Blackbeard. Book is a study of underground adult newspapers and comic books of the late 1960's and is quite uncommon in whatever edition one finds it. Many examples of work by R. Crumb, S. Clay Wilson and others throughout the section on comix. 16 pages of highly hardcore photos, in color, at centerspread with many black and white photos and illustrations abundant throughout the text. Appears to be missing the bibliographical information found at the rear of the Greenleaf original, but is otherwise identical to it. 192 pages + 16 pages of color photos at centerspread.
