The poster features the portrait of Lukas Ionesco matching the front cover of the book.Helene Louvart was the cinematographer for the film. The book was edited by Pierre-Paul Puljiz, Will Cameron and Larry Clark.Also, laid into the book is a 3-1/2 inch high by 3-1/2 inch wide promotional card for the soundtrack of "Smell of Us" by Jonathan Velasquez & reVolt.
